Description

General Description
The device is a Flash Memory 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller. This
device also includes a fully integrated high voltage N-type MOSFET, which can drive the coil
directly for energy transfer.
For memory features, the Flash Memory offers users the convenience of multi-programming
features. Other memory includes an area of RAM Data Memory.
An extremely flexible Timer/Event Counter provides timing, event counting and pulse wide
measurement functions. A Pulse Width Modulator provides an 8-bit PWM complementary output.
Protective features such as an internal Watchdog Timer coupled with low voltage reset function,
excellent noise immunity and ESD protection ensures that reliable operation is maintained in hostile
electrical environments.
A full choice of internal high and low speed oscillators are provided and the two fully integrated
system oscillators require no external components for their implementation. The ability to operate
and switch dynamically between a range of operating modes using different clock sources gives
users the ability to optimize microcontroller operation and minimize power consumption.
The inclusion of flexible I/O programming features and one Pulse Width Modulation output,
Time-Base function along with other features ensure that the device will be suitable for use in
simplified wireless charger product applications, such as electric toothbrushes, razors, etc.
