The BS45F3235 is a Flash Memory A/D type 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller with integrated functions for Proximity Sensing applications. It is suitable for the related products of driving DC motors and electromagnetism valve, such as sanitary appliances, home appliances, security products.

The BS45F3235 integrates an active IR proximity sensing circuit and a low voltage motor driver, with which, the BS45F3235 can greatly reduces the number of external components. The transmitting power, receiving sensitivity and sensing distance can be controlled or adjusted by the application program.

The device has a built-in 1-channel H-bridge driver with a maximum motor peak current of 2.1A, which includes separate power supplies of controlling circuits and the motor power and a current sensing pin.

The H-bridge driver provides four control modes : Forward, Reverse, Brake and Standby / Sleep modes. The PWM input control frequency is up to 200kHz, which can provide accurate speed controlling. A full range of protection functions and an ultra-low 0.1μA sleep mode are also included.
